You can also order a CD version of GrindEQ Math Utilities. You can begin using the downloaded product right away. The CD will be delivered to you by postal mail in a few days.

After receiving a payment, GrindEQ registration system verifies the customer's name and e-mail address. The new registration codes will be delivered within 48 hours. Otherwise GrindEQ support team will contact you within 48 hours for details.

It is especially important to enter the correct e-mail address because all important information regarding your order, your receipt, and generally the product you ordered itself, will be sent to this e-mail address. Lastly, please select your payment type and currency, and confirm all entries by clicking on "Next Step". On the next page, you can recheck your information and make any necessary corrections. Click on "Order now" to submit your order. You will then see a final order confirmation page.
We would like to remind you that the online ordering process is automated and secure. Consequently, orders placed online are processed more quickly than those submitted by fax. To avoid any unnecessary delays, we strongly recommend placing your order online.
You will receive a confirmation for your transaction immediately after you place your order online. You will also receive a confirmation by e-mail that will contain all of your order data including your invoice or receipt. If you chose to pay by credit/debit card or transferred the funds online during the order process, your order will be processed immediately. If you chose a different payment option, you will receive detailed information with your order confirmation that explains how to effect payment.
Please note, your registration of GrindEQ modules confirms you accept the license of the corresponding GrindEQ module. The license of GrindEQ module can be found in GrindEQ Help of the corresponding GrindEQ module.
All sales are final. GrindEQ products are marketed as "shareware" - we offer a fully functional evaluation/download version for potential users to "try before you buy". Therefore, it is assumed that when a user purchases the registered version from us, he/she is satisfied with the program's features and functionalities, so that no refund/return request would therefore be requested by the user on such basis. If you have not tested our free evaluation versions from our download sites, please do so before you place your order to make sure that the product you are ordering is what you want. When you download or are shipped the software, it is considered to be 'opened'. Opened software cannot be returned for refund, regardless of the delivery method. Because you have the chance (whether or not you avail yourself of this service) to "try before you buy" a fully functional evaluation copy before you buy, there are no refunds or returns for any reason.
