Obtaining registration key

Click on the price to obtain your unique registration key. Indicate the desired quantity of licenses in the Qty field on the Order page. Please note, your registration of GrindEQ modules confirms you accept the GrindEQ license. GrindEQ license can be found in GrindEQ Help. Academic prices are for faculty, staff and students of schools, colleges, and universities only. You will be required to enter the name of your academic institution.

Department License allows use of GrindEQ on all computers within the control of faculty, staff and students of the participating department within a college or university (home use is permitted for faculty, staff and students of the department).

All our licenses are perpetual. This means you can use purchased version as long as you need it. Minor updates are free, upgrades to newer versions are not mandatory.

* Only purchased licenses (as a first registration or a paid upgrade) of GrindEQ 2021 are eligible for free upgrades, trial and free versions are not.

Upgrade

After receiving a payment, GrindEQ registration system verifies the customer's name and email address. The new registration codes will be delivered within 2 hours. Otherwise GrindEQ support team will contact you within 24 hours for details.

CD version

If you need a backup CD, please order the CD version, otherwise use Electronic delivery. Your backup CD will be produced and placed in the mail within 24 hours after payment is received. Postal delivery can take approximately 10-15 business days within the EU and the U.S. and approximately 15-25 business days to other countries/regions.
